About Me

I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor, which means I draw from different modalities to suit the needs of my clients and the challenges they are facing. My practice is grounded in developing a relationship first and foremost, which allows for self exploration and curiosity about what has shaped us and brought us where we are today. I have worked in counselling services across London supporting clients from all walks of life, including children and young people. I have specialist training in bereavement and addiction counselling and I currently work with a local charity supporting people recovering from addiction and substance abuse. I am passionate about serving my local communicty, in particular supporting women raising children in an ever demanding society of expectations and hierarchy.

I have a background in Arts and Education. I have spent many years working across diverse communities in teaching and mentoring roles and I am passionate about equality and inclusion. Being dual heritage and having lived and worked in different parts of the world, I bring a deep understanding and curiosity of intercultural life experiences as well as grounding and lived experience of themes of identity and belonging.

My rich life experience shapes my counselling practice and my ability to support people from all walks of life, presenting a wide range of issues. I am passionate about creativity and believe the creative outlet is one of the most powerful human resources. My creativity feeds into my work as a counsellor, always looking for ways to adapt and grow, which helps my ability to see through a different lens and hold empathy for others.

My practice is based in SE London, and I offer face to face and online sessions.
